What to do when stuck at loading/loading failure?

1. Loading/Loading failure

A. If the monitor is turned off, turn it on.

B. If the monitor is not turned off, update OSLink on the computer to the latest version (top right corner of OSLink on the computer - check for updates).

C. Check if antivirus software is blocking OSLink services, such as Windows Defender.

D. Check if you are logged in with the computer's administrator account; it won't work if it's not the administrator account.

If none of these work, go to the app under "My - Problem Feedback," provide a screenshot and a description, and submit it.

2. iOS can't load

If iOS can't load, clear the app from the background, restart the network (turn on airplane mode and then turn it off), and try re-entering the app.

If it still doesn't work, end the "capture" and "ldremote" processes in Task Manager, then reopen OSLink on the PC.
